We identify and invite women of color to commit to investing in Women of Color GIVE. Commitment involves attending a minimum of four short meetings a year, and pledging $75 per meeting. There are additional meetings and mixers throughout the year, with the addition of an annual event where the money collected will be distributed to organizations or individuals that are voted on by the majority of members from WOC GIVE.

I agree to honor my commitment even if I am not fond of the charity chosen. If I am not able to attend the quarterly meeting I will give my check (which will also serve as my proxy vote) to another member to deliver on my behalf.
I will attend at minimum 1 meeting per quarter.
